Creatures Great And Small Of St. Kitts

Here are some pictures of the creatures great and small that we have encountered so far in St. Kitts. And thankfully, for you and for us, we have not seen any giant centepedes in person yet. Because when we do, I'm sure I will somehow get a picture, and you DO NOT want to see one of these things...they are disgusting and scary. So until that day comes, enjoy some nicer pictures.....

Yellow footed tortoise (he was actually someone's pet who was making his great escape, and not knowing this, we helped him cross the road and get into the brush safely. He was later found by his owner again, but his little girlfriend also escaped and is still missing)
